- Ravi Kumar Pasupuleti, Executive Director
Ravi started working with the IT department of Bob Jones University from 1994, and since then has been involved in the development of Informix/4GL applications. In 1999, Ravi founded the IT company, Animotion Studios, renamed as BayLogic in 2006.
In 2004, Ravi put up a team of Java programmers, having trained from IBM, India, led them in the development of J2EE enterprise applications for Bob Jones University, US. He continues to be the Executive Director giving direction for growth, actively involves in the development of Informix/4GL applications, and also migration of these legacy applications to the J2EE platform.
Ravi has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University, US and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engg. from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, (AP), India
- Scott Lagger, Manager (Business Development), US
Scott, based at Chicago, manages the business development operations of our services, products and consultancy in that area. He brings a rich experience in the area of business marketing and Human Resource Management.
Scott has a Bachelor's and Master's in Arts from Bob Jones University, South Carolina,US.
- Ravi T, Team Leader is a senior web application developer working with BayLogic since 2004 in the web tier J2EE. As a developer, he worked in Java, JSPs, Servlets, JavaScript, Struts, Spring and Hibernate. Currently he is leading and guiding a team of J2EE developers. He has done his Bachelor's in Computer Science.
- Joicy Evangeline . K, Product Leader is a senior web application developer working with BayLogic since 2004 in the model tier J2EE. As a developer, she worked in Java, EJB and Hibernate. She is an expert in Source Control Management involving tools like ClearCase and Subversion. Currently he is leading and guiding a team of J2EE developers. She has done her Master's in Computer Applications, Andhra University.
